1 stick of butter
1 c. oil
2 cans of anchovies
1 large head of garlic, chopped
1 pt. whipping cream
Assorted vegetables and sour dough bread

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except the vegies and the bread) in a heavy saucepan. Heat to just barely boiling. Place pan on warmenr in center of table. Consumers dip in vegies with forks while holding their hunk of bread to catch the drips. WARNING: Bread may not be dipped until everyone has had their fill. It is preferable for consumers to wear bibs.
