1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 c. quick or regular oats
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. unsulphured molasses
1/4 c. orange juice or water
2 eggs
2 T. salad oil
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
In a large bowl mix yellow cake mix, oats and spices. Add molasses, juice, eggs & oil; mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 375º for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 4 dozen
