4 eggs 2 c. milk 1 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla
Use electric mixer and start with eggs and milk and add all other ingredients. Use flat skillet or electric skillet at 375º. Use 2 T butter or margarine and add 1 cup of crepe mix. Fry until the top is dry and flip for just a few seconds and serve. Can use powdered sugar, jam, or fruits. Roll up and enjoy.
