This recipe for Sweet and Sour Meat Balls, by Wendy Geden, is from Loved Recipes,

Meat balls: 1 lb. hamburger 1 egg 1/8 cup bread crumbs cut and set aside 3 green onions 1 green or red pepper
Sauce: 3/4 cup or 174 ml can of pineapple chunk's reserve 1/3 cup of juice 3/4 cup brown sugar 4 tbsp. corn starch 3/4 cup vinegar 1/3 cup soya sauce
Mix hamburger, egg, and bread crumbs together. Roll into balls and cook. slice green onions and pepper, set aside.
Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients together and microwave on high for 7 - 11 min, stirring every so often. Pour over meat balls and green onion and pepper. Microwave on high for another 6 - 8 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
