6 eggs
6 slices of bread, cubed
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. link sausage (Smokey links are great)

Directions:
Directions:
The night before baking, butter/spray sides and bottom of casserole dish. Add the cubed bread, grated cheese, mustard and sausage. Mix eggs and milk together and pour over top of other ingredients. Cover, refrigerate overnight. Pre-heat oven to 350. Bake 45 min. to 1 hour. Ovens vary.
This puffs up like a souffle.

peppers if you like. A very forgiving recipe. Great to use when having weekend company. Quick and
