Bacon grease from 1 or 2 pieces of bacon,
8 oz can tomato sauce,
1 cup white rice,
2 cups water,
1 tsp. salt or salt to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Dice up bacon and saute in large pan or skillet.
Stir in dry rice, coating rice with bacon grease.
Add water, salt and tomato sauce, stir ingredients together.
Bring to boil, cover with lid and simmer until rice is done. (Follow cooking time on bag of rice)
Do Not Stir Rice during cooking !
