1 can pineapple juice (big 50 oz. can)
1/2 quart Mai Tai mix
1 can pineapple/orange juice (big 50 oz. can)
2 to 4 oz. grenadine (to taste)
Directions:

First put in rum, then pineapple juice, then Mai Tai.

Top off with pineapple/orange juice.

Who says school marms don't have more fun? This recipe originated at Forest Service parties in Craig, 1978. It surfaced again on the maiden voyage of the Pro Pioneer along the Chena River in Fairbanks with Margaret and Steve one hot summer day in July 2007. ~Ann

Fond memories on that day -- I ended up with Precious spilled down the front of my clothes prior to the trip! Good stuff -- Steve was heard singing the Alaska state song as we trolled down the river ~Margaret
