Salad greens
Fresh, ripe pears
Roasted pecans
Cottage cheese
Olive oil
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Vinegar
Salt, pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash salad greens and pears.
Roast pecans in pan as they are (no oil!).
Squeeze a lemon.
Cut up pears in halves or small cubes.
Place salad in bowl, add cottage cheese, pears and lemon juice.
Sprinkle roasted pecans on top, add dressing of olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
