3 lbs. frying chicken pieces
2 TBSP vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1-1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 tsp. oregano, crumbled
4 tsp. cornstarch
Hot cooked egg noddles

Brown chicken pieces on all sides in hot oil in large skillet over medium heat; remove from skillet and drain off fat.

Combine onion, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, cumin, red pepper, oregano and 1 cup water in same skillet.

Arrange chicken over mixture; cover and simmer 25 minutes. Turn chicken over; simmer, covered, 20 minutes longer or until tender. Remove chicken; keep warm.

Pour pan drippings into large measuring cup; return 2 cupfuls to skillet. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup water; combine with pan drippings. Bring to a boil; cook, stirring, until mixture thickens. Add chicken pieces and coat with sauce.
