1st layer - 2 cans refried beans, spread on platter

2nd layer - 2 avocados, peeled, mashed with 2 Tbsp lemon juice, tsp and tsp pepper

3rd layer - Mixed together - 1 c. sour cream, c. mayo, and 1 pkg taco seasoning mix

4th layer - Large bunch green onions, chopped

5th layer - 3 medium tomatoes, chopped

6th layer - 2 cans ripe olives, sliced

7th layer - 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
