1-3 oz. pkg lemon gelatin
1¼ c. boiling water
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1½ tbsp. vinegar
1 level tsp. dried onions
1 level tsp. horseradish sauce
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in hot water, then add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into individual molds. Chill until firm, serve on crisp salad greens with a dab of mayo on top - or you can put it in a shallow pan and when firm, cut into squares.
