1 lb. pork (breakfast) sausage, browned and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 bag Success rice, out of bag
1 can (15 oz.) Hunts Special Tomato Sauce with Tomato Bits
2 cups water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large fry pan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat, cover and cook 15 - 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
