2 medium onions sliced
1 broiler fryer chicken cut up
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 8oz can tomatoe paste
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1-2 tsp oregano crushed
1/2 tsp basil crushed
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup dry white wine

Place onions in bottom of crock pot. Add all other ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serve over cooked buttered spaghetti or vermicelli.
