Mix and let stand 10 minutes:
1 c. warm water
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. yeast (or 2 pkgs)

3 c. hot water
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. honey
1 tbsp salt
4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat hot water, oil, honey, salt, and flour with an electric mixer, then let cool to lukewarm. Add to the yeast mix and let stand for 20 minutes. Add 5-6 cups flour and knead thoroughly, about 5 minutes. Shape into three loaves and put in 3 greased pans. Put in *cold* oven, set temperature at 250 for 15-20 minutes, then turn the oven to 350 for 30-45 minutes - until done.
