1 cup miniature marshmallows
2 cups (2 - 10 oz. packages) frozen, sliced strawberries in syrup - thawed
1 package (3 oz) strawberry flavored gelatin
2 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup solid shortening
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 13x9" pan.
Sprinkle marshmallows over bottom of pan.
Combined berries and syrup and dry gelatin and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients - blend at low speed until moist; Beat 3 min. at medium.
Pour batter over marshmallows.
Spoon strawberry mixture over batter.
Cook on 350º for 45 minutes.
Serve warm or cool with ice cream or whipped cream.
