2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1½ c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp baking soda
2½ tsp cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots

Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. margarine, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, eggs, and oil. Add dry ingredients and mix, then add carrots. Pour into 3 greased and floured round pans. Bake at 325º for 35 minutes. To make the frosting, combine all ingredients and beat well. Frost after the cake has cooled.
