3 c apples (peeled, cored and cubed)
2 c fresh cranberries
1/2 c plus 2 T flour
1 c sugar
3 packages (1-5/8 oz. ea.) cinnamon spice instant oatmeal
3/4 c chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c melted butter (or 1 packet Butter Buds prepared according to package directions)

Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 2 qt. casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine apples, cranberries & 2T flour. Toss to coat. Add sugar and mix well. Pour into prepared pan. In separate bowl, combine oatmeal, pecans (if using), 1/2 c flour, brown sugar & butter. Stir well. Spoon dry mixture over top. Bake uncovered for 45 min. Serve warm.
