3 1/2 oz whole blanched almonds
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp sweet butter
1/8 tbsp salt

2 cups sliced fresh fruit
Seedless raspberry preserves
1/3 cup Apricot jam
3 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mince almonds in food processor. Add sugar. Add eggs and process for one minute. Add butter and salt; process one minute. Butter a 9 inch round pan. Add mixture to pan and bake at 375F for approximately 25 minutes. Cool. Spread 1/3 cup seedless raspberry preserves and the fresh fruit. Melt 1/3 cup apricot jam with 3 tbsp lemon juice and drizzle over torte. Refrigerate.
