CREPE:
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
1 TBSP sugar
1/2 tsp salt

FILLING:
8 oz. cream cheese
2 TBSP sugar
2 tsp. lemon peel
1 1/2 TBSP orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until thick and lemony.

Stir milk, flour, sugar, salt together. Add to eggs and milk until smooth.

Drop batter into pan. Brown on both sides.

Beat filling ingredients together until fluffy.

Place 1 TBSP of filling to each crepe and roll.
