Ingredients:  
2 medium Stayman Winesap apples (or similar)
skinned and chopped into little chunks.
11/2 C raisins
1 C chopped walnuts
1 onion finely chopped
2 celery stalks
1 stick of butter
Pepperage Farm corn bread stuffing
orange marmalade
cloves,allspice,nutmeg
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in butter until luminescent. Add apples, raisins & walnuts. Follow directions on cornbread stuffing mix. Add both mixtures together with tablespoons of marmalade to taste. Sprinkle all seasonings to taste. Mix thoroughly. Serve warm.
