2 bags of shredded potatoes
2 cans of cream of celery, or chicken or broccoli
2 8 oz packages of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb of precooked bacon, cut or broken into pieces
1 package of frozen chopped spinach ,defrosted and water squeezed.
1 16oz container of sour cream
1/4 C of margarine
pepper
garlic powder
-------------------
little margarine
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all items together, sprinkle slightly with black pepper and garlic, put in a large baking dish. Coat very lightly with additional softened margarine and dust lightly with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 11/2 hours or until golden brown.
You can divide this in half if less is needed.
