3-4 lb ham
Whole cloves
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 TBLS yellow mustard
1/4 cup pineapple juice
6 slices canned pineapple juice
1 TBLS orange juice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.(I prefer using Nesco slow cooker)

Oven: Place ham, fat side up, on rack. Bake uncovered, 2 hours. Score skin with sharp knife into 1 inch diamonds; score each with a clove.

Slow cooker: Place ham, fat side up, on rack. Bake with cover on for 45 minutes on high. Reduce setting to low and bake for 1 hour more. Score skin with sharp knife into 1 inch diamonds; score each with a clove.

Arrange pineapple slices on ham securing with wooden toothpicks

Combine sugar mustard and pineapple juice in saucepan. Over medium heat bring to a boil while stirring. Brush half of glaze over ham; bake 30 minutes. Brush with rest of glaze; bake 30 minutes more and thermometer reads 130 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes to 20 minutes before carving
