2 6oz packages Louis Kemp imitation crab meat chunks.
2 8oz packages Philadelphia cream cheese (softened).
1/2 Cup finely chopped onion.
4 heaping Tbsp Hellmans real mayonnaise.
1/4 Cup parmesan grated cheese.
1/8 Cup cooking sherry.
dash tabasco.
dash of garlic fresh or powder.

-paprika.
-2 Tbsp of parm cheese.

Directions:
In processor chop crab meat until paste consistency.
Cream all ingredients together by hand and place in 9x9 size casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top and bake 35-45 min. at 350 º or until golden brown.

Do not get creative and use real crab meat. You can substitute with a different brand of imitation chunk crab meat.
