32 oz frozen hash browns, thawed
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
12 eggs
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl beat together eggs and milk, set aside. In a large, greased casserole dish, layer the hashbrowns, sausage and 1 cup of cheese. Then pour the egg mixture over top of cheese. Finish with the rest of the cheese on top of the egg mixture. Bake for 35 minutes at 350
