1 egg white, slightly beaten
2 cups pecans
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Toss nuts in egg white until thoroughly coated. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Toss or stir nuts into mixture to coat. Spread nuts in a single layer on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
