1 1/2 cups chopped green pepper
4 oz can chili peppers, drained
1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
6 1/2 cups sugar
1/8 tsp green food coloring
2 - 3 oz pouches liquid fruit pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Put peppers and chills in blender or food processor. Cover and process until pureed. In a stainless or enameled saucepan, heat sugar and vinegar until the sugar dissolves. Add pepper puree and bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in food coloring, skim off and discard foam. Remove from heat and stir in pectin. Pour into 8 - 1/2 pint sterilized jars, filling each to with in 1/8 inch of the top. Seal jars with lids and screw bands of rubber rings and clamp tops. Cool on wire rack.
