1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c.bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onions
1 egg
1/4 t. salt and pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. onion powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
2 T. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except soup, water and parsley and form into 15 or so meatballs depending on if you like them big or small. Brown in oil in frying pan. Pour the oil off but save any browned bits. Add the water and stir scraping up the browned bits to brown the gravy nice and brown...cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Stir in the mushroom soup to complete the gravy. Serve with potatoes and veggies for some real good stuff.
