2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

2 cups milk
1 TBSP melted shortening
2 eggs, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together.
Beat yolks and add milk and shortening.
Beat into dry ingredients.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
