1 1/2 lb.hamburger
1 lb ground sausage
1 medium onion
1 small can mushrooms - optional
32 oz. can of chili beans
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chili
1 can tomato juice or V8
5 beef bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, sausage and chopped onion. Add bouillon cubes and everything but tomato juice or V8. Cook on medium high, stirring frequently for about 1/2 hour. Pour in tomato juice or V8 and heat to boil. Turn down and simmer for about 3 hours. Add chili powder to taste.
