Apple Raisin Nut Loaf Recipe

4 cups chopped apples (4 apples)
2 cups sugar

3 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon

2 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup oil
1 cup raisins
1 cup pecans or walnuts

Mix apples and sugar together and let sit for 1 hour.

Mix each grouping of ingredients together separately and then combine.

Place in a non-stick pan to 2/3 full.

Cook at 350 for 1 hour.
