1 small head cabbage, leaves removed
1 lb. ground beef
1 t. worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. Minute rice
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Wilt cabbage leaves in boiling, salted water.
Brown ground beef and drain; remove from pan. Drizzle pan with extra virgin olive oil and add onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Saute until soft. Add ground beef back in with diced tomatoes and rice. You may need to add a little water if it's too thick. Cover and cook 5-10 minutes until heated through and rice is cooked. Place scoop of meat mixture on each cabbage roll and roll-up like a burrito. Place rolls in baking dish and top with tomato soup. Bake at 350º covered for 20-25 minutes.
