2 lbs. stew meat
1 c. water
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 lb carrots
3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 large onion, diced

Directions:

Put all the ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 4-6 hours.
