Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in potatoes, sugar, honey, margarine, eggs, salt, and 3 c. flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in wheat flour and enough remaining white flour to make dough easy to handle. Knead a few times to form smooth ball and put in bowl and cover. Refrigerate for 8 hours or up to 3 days. When ready to use, punch down dough and divide in 4 pieces. Roll each piece in a circle and cut 12 triangles. Roll, starting at the wide end and place close together on a cookie sheet (I put 24 on each large cookie sheet). Cover and let rise until doubled and bake in preheated 400º oven for 15 minutes.
