4 or 5 sweet potatoes or yams
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. brown sugar (packed)
10 oz. bag of miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
I use an electric skillet
Melt 2 tbsp. butter in skillet
Peel and quarter four or five sweet potatoes or yams, add to melted butter
Cook slowly until tender and add marshmallows and dark brown sugar
Continue cooking on low until marshmallows and sugar are melted
