1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Butter

Melt butter in a 425 degree oven in a 9x13 Pyrex pan. Place all other ingredients in the blender and mix completely. Pour into hot butter and back for 20 minutes or until done. It will crawl up the sides and get rather odd looking, but that is the fun part.

Original recipe asked for more butter, but I thought it was too much. Serve with powdered sugar, jam or nothing. A traditional family pick me up for Sunday evening.
