16 oz prepared pasta
1 1/2 c zucchini thinly sliced
1 c carrots, thinly sliced
3 c broccoli floweretts
1 red or green pepper diced
3 green onions sliced
1 c grape or cherry tomatoes
2-2 1/2 c Italian dressing (divided)
1/2 c Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. cook pasta
2. Steam carrots and broccoli ( 4 min) shock in ice cold water
3. Steam zucchini (3 min) shock in ice cold water
4. Combine zucchini, carrots, broccoli, peppers, onions, tomatoes and pasta, toss with 1 1/2 c dressing. Chill 3-5 hrs. @ hours before serving add remaining dressing and Parmesan cheese
