6 qts popped popcorn
1c butter
2c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c corn syrup
1t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Coat bottom of lg. roasting pan w// spray. place popped popcorn in pan. In a heavy sauce pan, slowly melt butter, stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil w/o stirring 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in baking soda and vanilla. Gradually pour over popcorn, mixing well. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in air-tight containers
