1 1 /2 pounds lean beef round steak 1/2 inch thick
1 tablespoon paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup green onions, sliced
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a nonstick skillet
Cut the steak in strips and brown in the oil
Add all the other ingredients and simmer, covered 20 minutes or until meat is tender
Serve over rice
