2 split chicken breasts
1 green or red pepper
1 cup orange juice
1 medium onion
1 tsp. Ground ginger
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the juice, ginger, sugar and sherry. Split the mixture in two. Marinate the breasts in a zip lock bag in half of the mixture for at least one hour. Reserved the balance of the sauce.
