3 cloves garlic, grated
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 to 3 fresh rosemary, leaves stripped and finely chopped
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
3/4 c. bread crumbs
extra-virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine the ground turkey, salt and pepper, rosemary, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, ricotta cheese, grated parmesan cheese, egg, and bread crumbs. Round into balls, coat with extra-virgin olive oil. Arrange onto baking sheet and bake for 17 mins.
