2 tubes refrigerated pizza dough
Flour for dusting
1/2 lb sliced pepperoni
1/2 lb sliced Genoa salami
8 slices provolone cheese
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Spaghetti sauce for dipping
2 tsp Italian seasoning blend
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
4 T. Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 400º. Lightly flour hands. Unroll dough onto work space. Lightly flour dough & rolling pin. Roll out dough, stretching out into rectangle. Cut with knife into 4 sections. Do this for each tube. Evenly divide salomi & pepperoni for 8 sections & place in the middle of each section of dough. Place cheese slices on top of the meat. Fold up four corners to wrap. Place folded side down onto greased cookie sheet. Brush each with olive oil. Mix all the spices, sesame seeds & parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on top of each & pat down. Bake 12-14 min. until golden brown.
