1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup crisp rice cereal
1/2 cup white vanilla chips
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine all dry ingredients together (or all ingredients on list up until butter). In large bowl combine butter, vanilla, and egg. Add the dry ingredient mixture. Mix until well blended. Drop rounded tablespoons onto sprayed cookie sheets. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool for 1 minutes and remove from cookie sheet. Enjoy!

Jim received this as a gift from a student. The dry ingredients are mixed and put in a jar along with recipe to finish off the cookies! Great gift idea!
