1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. dry onions
1/2 - 3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste
Water (enough to make manageable)

Brown gravy packet
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and form into patties. Brown in non-stick skillet or in a little oil. Mix gravy according to directions. Pour over patties. Cook until patties cooked thru and gravy is bubbly.

Serve over rice or egg noodles.
