1 box yellow cake mix
1 small instant chocolate pudding mix
1 small instant vanilla pudding mix
1 to 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cups water

Preheat oven 350
Grease and flour a bundt pan
Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips and beat 2 min
Fold in the chocolate chips
Pour batter into the pan and bake 50 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean
Let cool in the pan 10 minutes and turn out onto a cake plate
After cake cools, sprinkle with powdered sugar
