2 small onions
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup oil
2 red pepper
1 squash medium
1 can 8 oz mushrooms
2 T. sugar
1.5 tsp. salt
red paprika spice
parsley flakes
garlic powder
black pepper
3/4 cup of water
muenster cheese
6 blintzes or 3 rolls

Directions:
Directions:
saute onions and garlic in oil until golden brown. then add diced vegetables, water, and spices to pot and cook for 45 minutes on medium flame. when done, divide mixture evenly in 6 parts and place onto either blintz and top with muenster cheese roll it up and bake for 1/2 hour on 350º or place on 1/2 roll topped with muenster cheese and bake for same amount of time.
