1/2 pound butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease a 9x13 pan
Combine the first 3 ingredients and press into the 9x13 pan
Bake 20-25 minutes; remove from oven to cool
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy
Combine the beaten eggs, sugar and lemon juice with zest and pour over the baked crust
Return to oven and bake an additional 20 minutes
Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar
