3 Cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 Cup shortening (I use butter)
1/2 Cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, baking powder. Cut in shortening or slightly softened butter. Add hot water and mix. Be careful not to work dough too much. You may add a little more water if needed.
Form into 2 balls. Roll into 10 inch rounds between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Place in pie plates and pinch the edges.
