1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough
1/4 c. unsalted butter (I've used margarine or regular butter)
1 T. chopped parsley
1 T. beaten egg
1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw bread 20 minutes. Cut into 16 pieces. Melt butter in a sauce pan over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley, egg and garlic salt. Roll bread pieces into balls. Dip into butter mixture, coating completely. Arrange in a single layer in a buttered 9x5 inch loaf pan. Let rise until doubled, about 2 1/2 hours. Preheat oven to 350º. Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
