20 - 25 large white mushrooms with stems
2 tbsp butter
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz cream cheese, softened
pinch of garlic salt
pinch of onion salt
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully remove mushroom stems. Dice stems and saute' them in butter until tender. Set aside to cool. Mix together cheese and cream cheese until whipped. Season with garlic salt and onion salt. Fold in stems. Stuff mushrooms and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle tops with additional shredded cheese and paprika. Bake at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
