1/2 cup butter
1 cup hot water
1 cup flour
3 eggs

Directions:
Boil water and butter. Stir in flour quickly. Let stand till cold. Then stir in eggs, one at a time. Drop in small muffin tins and bake slowly at 325º for 30 minutes. Makes 12
